  • Joseph Stalmack (stalmack@jsalegal.com)

    Joseph Stalmack is the primary trial attorney and principal of the firm. He graduated from Coe College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in 1971. He is a 1974 graduate of Loyola Unversity School of Law, Chicago, Illinois, where he was a member of the Law Review. He published an article on coverage issues in the Loyola Law Review. Mr. Stalmack has been admitted to practice in the States of Indiana and Illinois and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, as well as various United States circuit courts. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and has been recently nominated to the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has had extensive trial experiences over the past 20 years, including more than 100 jury trials.

    Mr. Stalmack has been involved in many cases with significant exposure, including wrongful death, paraplegia, and severe burns. He has tried autombile cases, construction cases, and various other types of personal njury and property damage matters. He specializes in the the trial of complex litigation and serious accident cases. He has broad experience resolving insurance coverage questions and authoring opinions on coverage. Joseph Stalmack is listed in Who's Who in American Law and Martindale Hubbell's Premier Attorneys.

    Stephen D. Bannwart (bannwart@jsalegal.com)

    Stephen D. Bannwart is a graduate of Indiana Universty-Bloomington and received his Juris Doctor from the Valparaiso University School of Law, Valparaiso, Indiana. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois and has been been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of both states, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, United States Courts in Indiana and the Northern District of Illinois, as well as the Indiana Worker's Compensation Board. Mr. Bannwart is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Assocation. He has extensive background in the handling of worker's compensation, liability, and product liability claims from an insurance company's standpoint. Mr. Bannwart previously was a claims supervisor for a major insurance company.

    Nanette K. Raduenz (raduenz@jsalegal.com)

    Nanette K. Raduenz is a 1984 graduate of John Marshall Law School located in Chicago, Illinois. She did her undergraduate work at Purdue University, Lafayette, Indiana. Ms. Raduenz is licensed to practice in both Indiana and Illinois and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana, Hammond Division, and the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago. She has also argued before the Illinois Supreme Court and has written numerous briefs to both the Indiana and Illinois appellate courts.

    Ms. Raduenz is a member of the American Bar Association, Lake County Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, and Family Law Practice of the Lake County Bar Association.
